Nepal Government cancels SEE examination

Since the ongoing scenarios regarding coronavirus are still resisting to back off, the lockdown is less likely to stop extending which led the Nepal government to cancel the Secondary Education Examination(SEE) and assign certificates to all the students based on the internal evaluation conducted by particular institutions.

The Cabinet meeting decided after assuming that the examinations cannot be held this year as the growth of COVID-19 cases has been quite tormenting for all citizens and students within the country.

Conducting the test is not possible this year. Hence, students will be graduated based on the internal achievement of their respective schools,” Minister for Education Giriraj Mani Pokharel told The Kathmandu Post.
